"As first-time homebuyers, the process of buying a home in such a competitive market was intimidating. From the first meeting with Andrea, she assured us that with her assistance we would be able to get a home with all of our wants/needs, and she delivered. She works extremely quickly and was always available for us, which we quickly discovered is a must in the current market. Andrea was extremely organized, thorough, and well-connected, so much so that her connections helped us get our offer noticed when offering on the home that we ended up buying. Being new homeowners, one of the things we appreciated the most about Andrea was her help with the steps we needed to take after our offer was accepted. We had a few hiccups in the inspection and appraisal process, and she worked with these individuals to smooth over any issues without us having to deal with any additional stress. She attended the inspection with us, and even took the time to come along with us as we had a plumber fix small issues before move-in. She ensured we had all the necessary utilities set up, and did all the little things that set her apart from other realtors, and made us incredibly grateful that she was a part of our home-buying experience.
